The Business Excellence Awards recognizes the integrity, creativity and dedication that helps a business succeed despite challenging times.

The Believe Windsor Essex Award, presented to an individual or organization that focuses on positive economic contributions and image of our community, goes to the Windsor Spitfires Hockey Club ownership group, Bob Boughner, Warren Rychel and Peter Dobrich
