Bob Boughner Bob Boughner returns for his seventh season as President of the Windsor Spitfires and his sixth as Head Coach. Boughner led the team to consecutive MasterCard Memorial Cup and Rogers OHL Championships during the 2008-2009 and 2009-2010 seasons, when the Spitfires became the eighth team in CHL history to win back to back MasterCard Memorial Cup Championships. Boughner earned consecutive CHL and OHL Coach of the Year awards in the 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 campaigns, becoming the first Head Coach in CHL history to have won two CHL Coach of the Year and MasterCard Memorial Cup championships. He also led Canada's Under-18 National squad to the gold medal at the Ivan Hlinka Memorial Tournament in the Czech Republic. Boughner headed a new ownership group which purchased the team in February of 2006, after retiring from a professional hockey career that spanned 10 seasons and 630 games. Boughner also served as the Executive Vice-President of the NHLPA Players Association from 2003 through 2006. Boughner served as an Assistant Coach with the Columbus Blue Jackets during the 2010-11 season. Bob lives in Tecumseh with his wife Jennifer and children Brady, Molly, Emma and Lola. |
Warren Rychel Warren Rychel is entering is his seventh season as Vice-President and General Manager with the Windsor Spitfires. He was the architect of Windsor’s consecutive MasterCard Memorial Cup and Rogers OHL Championship performances in the 2008-2009 and 2009-2010 seasons. Rychel was named OHL Executive of the Year in 2008-2009. Prior to joining Bob Boughner and Peter Dobrich in purchasing the franchise back in 2006, Rychel worked as a Professional and Amateur Scout with the Phoenix Coyotes for five years. Rychel's own career spanned 10 NHL seasons, which included winning the 1996 Stanley Cup as a member of the Colorado Avalanche and a Turner Cup Championship with the IHL's Indianapolis Ice in 1990. Rychel had the pleasure of playing with some of the top NHL players of all-time: Wayne Gretzky, Jari Kurri, Peter Forsberg, Joe Sakic, Patrick Roy, Paul Kariya, Teemu Selanne, Mats Sundin and Doug Gilmour among them. Rychel was elected to the Essex County Sports Hall of Fame in 2012. He lives in Tecumseh with his wife Denise and children Kerby, Maddux and Kendall.

Terry Doran Terry Doran brings impressive credentials and a proven track record of success to his first season at Spitfires Assistant General Manager. Doran has served as the club's Head Scout since 2005. He played a key role in helping build our consecutive MasterCard Memorial Cup championship clubs in 2009 and 2010. Prior to joining the Spitfires, Doran was General Manager and Director of Scouting for the Sarnia Sting from 2000 to 2004. From 1996 to 2000, he was a full-time scout for the NHL's Phoenix Coyotes. |
Steve Horne Steve Horne enters his twenty-second season with the Windsor Spitfires, working in various business capacities with the team. Horne previously worked as an Administrative Assistant with the Oshawa Generals from 1989 to 1991 and was a member of the 1990 OHL & Memorial Cup Champion Generals team. Horne joined the Spitfires in 1991 as a Director of Marketing and has since been promoted to his current position as Director of Business Development. He has also served on Marketing Committees with the OHL and is currently a member of the OHL Business Development Committee. Steve was also the co-founder of the inaugural 'Focus 2000' Marketing Seminars. He graduated from Durham College with a Diploma in Sports Administration in 1990 and currently lives in Windsor with his wife Sharon and three children, Stephanie, Samantha and Shaun.

Andrew Rowberry Andrew is in his fifth season with the Windsor Spitfires and his second as the team's Corporate Sales Executive. Previously, Rowberry worked in the team's Premium Seating Department, where he led a successful sales and service team. As Corporate Sales Executive, Andrew is responsible for managing relationships with sponsors and business partners, and driving brand-building initiatives through advertising sales and promotional campaigns. Prior to joining the Spitfires organization, Rowberry was in sales and marketing management in the automotive field, serving OEM's and retailers in the U.S. and Canada. Rowberry is a graduate of St. Clair College (Business Administration) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Honours in Business Administration) from Northwood University in Michigan. He lives in Windsor, Ontario with his wife Pam and son Brock. |
Felicia Krautner Over the last four years, Felicia has worked in a variety of capacities with the team as: the Coordinator of the Adopt-A-School program and the Lifestyle Family Fitness program, a member of our Community and Game Operations Teams. |

Nathan Sellon Nathan Sellon is entering his third season with the Windsor Spitfires as the team's Coordinator of Fan Development. He graduated from Lambton College with a degree in Sports and Recreation Administration. Nathan previously worked for three seasons with the Ontario Hockey League's Sarnia Sting; starting in 2007 as a game night intern and later as the team's supervisor of game night interns, Sales Associate and Marketing Assistant. Nathan currently lives in Windsor. |
Andrea Eidukas-Mooney Andrea Eidukas-Mooney is in her sixth season as the team's Office Manager. Andrea graduated from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Commerce, Honours in Business Administration. Before obtaining this position, she worked with the Spitfires for five years in various capacities with the team. Andrea currently lives in Lakeshore. |

Dave Ducharme Dave Ducharme enters his first season as Coordinator of Media & Public Relations. He came to the Spitfires with more than 15 years professional media experience in the radio, TV, newspaper and new media sectors. Dave worked for the NHL's Vancouver Canucks for two seasons from 2004 through 2006. He spent the last two seasons as the Spitfires' Web Content Producer. |
Daniel Dobrich Daniel is entering his eighth season with the Windsor Spitfires, and his second as Merchandise Manager for the club. Daniel worked in various capacities in the merchandise department during past years, and was vital in the organization and execution of the Tim Horton’s Memorial Cup Tour of Champions in 2009 and 2010. Daniel currently lives in Lakeshore.

Lynne Rozario Lynne enters her fifth season with the Windsor Spitfires, managing the accounts of Premium Seating members. Before moving to Windsor for the position, Lynne worked in the Ontario Hockey League for 4 years in game operations and special event coordination. She is an honours graduate of Lambton College's Sports & Recreation Facility Administration Program and lives in Windsor. |
Arlo Graham Arlo Graham joins the Premium Seating Department after working for several years with the Toronto Blue Jays Corporate Sales Team. Arlo, who hails originally from Ottawa, earned his Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of New Brunswick. |
