Bob Boughner enters his ninth season as President of the Windsor Spitfires and his eighth as Head Coach.
Boughner led the club to consecutive MasterCard Memorial Cup and Rogers OHL Championships during the 2008-2009 and 2009-2010 seasons.
He also earned consecutive CHL and OHL Coach of the Year awards in the 2007-2008 and 2008-2009, becoming the first Head Coach in CHL history to win a pair of MasterCard Memorial Cups and a pair of CHL Coach of the Year awards.
Boughner's own career spanned 10 NHL seasons and 630 games.
Bob lives in Tecumseh with his wife Jennifer and children Brady, Molly, Emma and Lola.
Warren Rychel – Vice President & General Manager
Warren Rychel enters his ninth season as General Manager of the Windsor Spitfires.
Rychel built the club's consecutive MasterCard Memorial Cup and Rogers OHL Championship performances in the 2008-2009 and 2009-2010 seasons, earning OHL Executive of the Year honours in 2008-2009.
Rychel's own career spanned 10 NHL seasons, during which he won the 1996 Stanley Cup as a member of the Colorado Avalanche.
Warren lives in Tecumseh with his wife Denise and children Kerby, Maddux and Kendall.
Stephen Savage – Ownership Group
Stephen is a partner at Cypher Systems Group and enters his second season as a member of the Spitfires ownership group. He lives in Lakeshore with his wife Kelly and is a proud father Andrew and Christie.
John Savage – Ownership Group
John is a partner at Cypher Systems Group and enters his second season as a member of the Spitfires ownership group. He lives in Lasalle with his wife Margaret and is a proud father to Ben, Jonathon and Nathan.
Brian Schwab – Ownership Group
Brian is a partner at Cypher Systems Group and enters his second season as a member of the Spitfires ownership group. He lives in Windsor with his wife Lisa and is a proud father to Hannah, Jacob, Katie and Joseph.
Steve Horne – Director of Business Development
Steve Horne enters his twenty-fourth season with the Windsor Spitfires, working in various business capacities with the team.
Horne joined the Spitfires in 1991 as Director of Marketing and has since been promoted to his current position as Director of Business Development.
He graduated from Durham College with a Diploma in Sports Administration in 1990.
Steve currently lives in Windsor with his wife Sharon and three children, Stephanie, Samantha and Shaun.
Andrea Eidukas-Mooney – Office Manager
Andrea Eidukas-Mooney enters her eighth season as the team's Office Manager.
She graduated from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Commerce, Honours in Business Administration.
Andrea currently lives in Lakeshore.
Andrew Rowberry – Director of Corporate Partnerships and Premium Seating
Andrew Rowberry enters his seventh season with the Windsor Spitfires and is currently the team's Director of Corporate Partnerships and Premium Seating.
He is responsible for managing relationships with sponsors and business partners, and driving brand-building initiatives through advertising sales and promotional campaigns.
Rowberry is a graduate of St. Clair College (Business Administration) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Honours in Business Administration) from Northwood University in Michigan.
Andrew lives in Windsor with his wife Pam and son Brock.
