Where is the WFCU Centre?
The WFCU Centre is located at 8787 McHugh Street in Windsor, ON.

How many seats are there in the WFCU Centre?
The main arena has a seating capacity of 6,500. Included in this total are 632 Platinum Club seats, 123 restaurant seats and 434 seats in the arena's 31 private suites.

How do I get there?
The closest major intersections are Tecumseh Road East at Lauzon Road, and Wyandotte Street at Lauzon Road.

From the east or west, follow EC Row Parkway to Lauzon Parkway North. Follow Lauzon Parkway to Tecumseh Road and turn right (east). Follow 1 block to Lauzon Road and turn left (north). Follow to McHugh Street East and turn right.

McHugh Street East is a four-lane road that leads directly to the WFCU Centre.

Alternately, if travelling on Lauzon Parkway south, turn right (east) onto Lauzon Line to McHugh Street East.

From the north, take Riverside Drive or Wyandotte Street to Lauzon Road. Follow Lauzon Road south to McHugh St., turn left (east).

What parking facilities are available at the WFCU Centre? What does parking cost?
Free parking is available at the WFCU Centre for 1,850 vehicles. Paid parking (through a private company) is also available nearby.

Is accessible parking available?
Yes. There are 37 accessible/handicapped parking spaces at the Centre.

How much are tickets for Windsor Spitfires games?
Regular season ticket prices for Windsor Spitfires home games are $22 for an adult ticket, $20 for a senior or student ticket and $15 for a youth ticket.
Pricing includes GST and a $1 City of Windsor facility surcharge.

Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets may be purchased at the WFCU Centre Box Office or by calling 519-254-5000. You may also purchase tickets online at www.windsorspitfires.com.

What are the Box Office hours?
Box Office hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00PM Monday to Friday, and 10:00AM to 4:00PM Saturday. The Box Office is closed on Sundays.

On event days (for concerts, shows and other special events), the Box Office has extended hours, closing 30 minutes after the start of the event.

Does my child need a ticket?
Generally, yes. All children over two years of age require their own ticket. Infants and small children under two years of age may, at the discretion of arena management, be held in the lap of a ticket holder.

How many private suites are there at the WFCU Centre?  Can I rent one for an event?
There are 31 private suites at the WFCU Centre, each with 14 seats in the main arena bowl. There are also two group sales suites. For rental information, please contact the WFCU Premium Seating Manager at 519-254-5000 ext. 206.

What about accessible seating?
The WFCU Centre has accessible seating platforms at each corner of the spectator rink for hockey games. These platforms are located at the suite level and two are at the rink level with a total of 70 seats available. Each platform provides excellent sightlines, particularly during hockey games, is totally accessible and provides space for caregivers as well as persons with disabilities. For many other WFCU events, additional accessible floor seating is available.

Other facility features to make the venue more accessible for everyone include:

      • 81 doors at strategic locations increased to 44 inches wide
      • Cable and wireless connections to assist persons with limited vision or hearing
      • Sliding entrance doors
      • Four accessible elevators
      • Two accessible washrooms located next to the accessible platforms
      • Signage with high contrast colours and letters, plus Braille
      • Power operated doors and elevators linked to the emergency generator
      • TTY phones in public areas
      • High contrast colours delineating differences in the floor.

Are there ATM machines inside the Centre?
Yes. There are ATM machines located throughout the WFCU Centre.

What time do the doors open prior to Spitfires games?
Doors open one hour prior to game time for all Windsor Spitfires home games, unless otherwise noted.

Can I bring video or still cameras into the Spitfires games at the WFCU Centre?
No. Cameras are strictly prohibited in the WFCU during Windsor Spitfire games unless approved in advance by the Windsor Spitfires Hockey Club.

Where can I eat or drink at the WFCU Centre?
There are five major food and beverage concessions located throughout the concourse of the WFCU Centre. A restaurant will also be located at the south end of the main arena.

Can I bring in my own food?
No. All food and beverages must be purchased at the WFCU Centre.

Where is the Spitfires merchandise shop located?
"The Crease" is the official merchandise store of the Windsor Spitfires. It is located in the concourse near the main entrance at the north end of the WFCU Centre. You can also purchase Spits Gear at "Blades" Pro Shop located in the Community Rink side of the WFCU Centre. Each outlet carries a full line of Spits Gear, the official branded merchandise of the Windsor Spitfires.

Where else can I buy team merchandise?
Spits Gear can also be purchased at online at SpitsGear.com, The Crease and Blades ProShop, as well as at other fine retail locations throughout Windsor-Essex.

How many restrooms are there at the WFCU Centre?
There are 39 restrooms located throughout the arena complex - 16 in the main bowl, and 16 in the community side plus
7 family restrooms.
